£35 is payable at the time of treatment
All private insurance companies are invoiced on a monthly basis
Different rates will apply to third party insurance claims

All Insured Patients please give your Insurance details and completed claim form (or BUPA pre-authorisation number) to your physiotherapist as soon as possible.
