The Pilates Reformer consists of a moveable carriage, pulleys, a foot bar and adjustable springs to regulate tension and resistance, all combined it provides complete support when performing a wide variety of functional movements in a number of different positions, enabling you to take your first steps on the road to recovery.
The Reformer can assist with injury rehabilitation and improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, joint range of motion and core stability and all of our 30 or 60 minute sessions will be solely delivered on a one-to-one basis, ensuring absolute attention to detail by our fully qualified instructor.
Our sessions would involve an initial full postural and injury assessment. A bespoke programme would then be created, aimed at strengthening areas of weakness and lengthening areas of tightness in the specific areas of the body.
